I have purchased a prestige induction cook top on11/11/2012. Model no PIC 1.0 V2. Now have a problem that when start on button MCV trip. So we have got faced lot of problem on 21/10/2013 . I have deposit the cook top on shop on 21/10/2013 but shop keeper no take action till now & said the service engineer came on 2 to 3 days .Please solve my problem under warranty period i shall be very obliged to you. m no [protected]
