[Resolved]  TTK Prestige — offering ridiculous suggestions after failing to repair induction pressure cooker

I had bought the induction base pressure cooker, and within not even 6 months the base has come off, and the service people after saying they cannot attach it, are suggesting that I have been cooking in high and to not do that but use sim cooking:(... and I am being asked to buy another one in exchange! Fault is in their manufacturing, and servicing...and we are to pay because of that? if at all they had no solution to such common problems why dont they withdraw the product ? DO NOT buy steel pressure cookers with induction base please. Product is bad and also servicing is zero.
