[Resolved]  Tupperware India Pvt Ltd — Lifetime warranty items are not replaced

Hi, I had given some Tupperware items (5 boxes) with lifetime warranty for replacement to its agent Vasavi (ph. [protected], [protected]) and Asha (ph no.[protected]) about an year back. Still the items are not replaced. The answer is Tupperware has not sent the consignment to them. What should I do now and how do I get replacement) ---MVS
