TV Teleshopping — Dermaseta product delivered with defective piece and without any attachments

Hi Team, I ordered Dermaseta product online through website:dermasetaindia.I received the product on 23rd April2014 and when i checked it there were no attachment, no rechargable batteries and the rotating machine was defective piece .I had already paid Rs.1500 on cash.When i am trying to call them they are talking very rudely and disconnecting my call.Please take strict action against these big frauds.I enquired about the teleshopping company it seems to be a fraud one.they are providing a fake receipt with address Teleshopping product 460, regional tower mumbai andheri east.this is the fake address which doesn't exist.I had 2 customer care no.as [protected]&[protected].these two number is of punjab.Please take quick action & help me out in catching these fraudies else they will keep on cheating innocent people. Thanks
