TVC Sky Shop — Non delivery of product

I made the payment of Rs.3490/- through SBI debit card on 6th April 2015 (for slender and shaper viabrating machine) bearing order number [protected]. Till now neither product has been shipped nor refunded my money. Many times I tried to make contact over customer care number, but always it is busy. I sent dozens of email regarding this matter, every time they replied within 48 hourse my problem will be resolved. Till now they have not taken any steps to resolve my problem
