I have purchased one Nuclear SX 5.3i Smartphone (Wi-Fi 3G 12GB 1 GHZ) SKU:2172 through on line purchase from TV Sky shop through TRADUS.COM vide Sub Order ID No.10847422_01 on 16th September, 2013. Today, when I try of Power off the Smartphone, the same is not working. So I would request you to give the service Centre address of TVC - Nuclear SX 5.3i Smartphone at TRIVANDRUM, since I am staying in TRIVANDRUM.
