Respect Sir, With most respectfully I my self PRATEEK SHARMA purchased a new TVS Apache bike (160 cc Black colour ) from New Bala Ji motors ajency shyam nagar kanpur. But day before yesterday I get in accident and my bike is badly damage with visor and headlight. An i have insurance of NEW INDIA INSURANCE LIMITED . In condition of claim ajency is asking for 10 days duration . And let me tell you i have two bikes hero"s company with this more and when i claim for that it take hardly a day for it.Please tel me the reason 10 days duration .
