I purchased TVS Jupiter thinking that indigenous product, can be taken care with good maintenance on 6/9/2014. Immediately after purchase within, the vehicle stopped abruptly within 5 min. Though the complaint was lauched and sent the vehicle for servicing nothing has improved much.
Very recently the tubeless tyre got putchered more tthan 8 No. in sequence. I had to litterly push the vehicle for almost two km to get servicing done at roadside shop. The shop send that the tyre is a damaged low quality tyre, He said it has a puncture but a crack in the low quality tyre used in the vehicle ( or could be tyre without QC checked). At least I have spent Rs 800/- for a series of puncture removal.
I am very disappointed and I have replaced with new tyre worth Rs. 1800/- . I have undergone real harassment which mandates a compensation from you.
Added to it, the kalamkar TVS lethargic to even issue a registration card of the vehicle. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. NEVER EXPECTED FROM TVS AT LEAST.
Hope you will respond to my complaints and would not compel to me to go ahead towards consumer court for justice. I have all documents required.
