[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — Tvs motor's worst response to take any action against my complaint

Progressive tvs – irresponsibility of customer care and their employees, all the necessary documents not provided and defective vehicle delivered

Hello! I have purchased tvs jupiter from it’s ex-showroom progressive tvs at nadiad, dist. Kheda, state gujarat on dated 13/11/2014. At the time of purchase of the vehicle i paid rs.5000/- as a booking amount and that time their employee named nikita odhvani consulted me and she told me to give delivery of the vehicle of my selected color in 15 days maximum. I had told her for white color. After waiting one month i had to purchased the vehicle which was not of the color which i had selected at booking time. At the time of delivery she provided me only gate pass by which i could take my vehicle at my home and at that time she told me that they would provide other document like bill, warranty book, service book, insurance papers etc. By courier. I asked her for that so she told me that was their companies policy. After that, so many time i asked for the documents of my vehicle she neglected me and after more than two month when i reached to their showroom their another employee told me that the employee named nikita odhvani leaved the job and after that they provided me the bill of rs. 54, 060/- though i paid rs. 54, 700/- in case at the time of delivery in which included rs. 5000/- which i paid at the time of booking. I asked them for this difference in my bill. So, they told me that she (Nikita odhvani) stolen the amount of rs. 640/- which i already paid as extended warranty for my vehicle. I requested them to provide the bill of the amount which i paid. Then, they provided me a new bill of the total amount of rs.54, 7000/- which i paid. After that another documents till were left. After calling and requesting so many time and complaining to tvs complain desk they provided me insurance paper and service book. During this period after 10 days of getting delivery of vehicle i am getting so many problems in my vehicle which i purchased new one. Still i didn’t get warranty book. When i were asking about it they told me that it was not available with them and when they would get they would contact me, but till today they hasn’t called me for it. On 08/06/2015 one more time i got problem in my newly purchased vehicle so i submitted it to their service station at nadiad, but they told me that the part which they had to install they hadn’t and when they would get they would call me. So, they told me to take away my vehicle from their service station on 09/06/2015. When i reached their service station their employee didn’t response me properly. After that i reached to booking counter and asked for my warranty book to the employee who dressed in uniform of tvs. He told me that i had purchased my vehicle from their employee named nikita odhvani and she was left the job, so, they weren’t responsible for the document which were left to provide me and they couldn’t provide me now and in addition he told me that they hadn’t responsibility to provide that document to me. So, i want to ask that if their employees are not responsible for my problem then who is responsible. From the day of getting delivery i couldn’t ride my vehicle comfortably and tension free, because every time any problems are created in it. Till today it has some problems. One more time i want to say i newly purchased tvs jupiter on 13/11/2015 and from that day to till today more then 6 time i has to sent my vehicle to their service station because of the technical issues which are occurring from the date of purchase of my vehicle. In addition they customer added problems. I had called 6 time to their customer care no. [protected] and every even sent 3 email to their email address service.[protected]@tvsmotor.com but every time while calling to their customer care, their all agents told me that their supervisor would call me. Hence, no call i got from their side and even no email i got from their side by which my problems could solve.
I want to add that during this time period, i got some major problems in my vehicle and because of those problems i fallen down while riding vehicle and i got some injuries. Some time when i went out side by riding this vehicle i got problem in racing and because of that i had to face so many trouble and fear of accident could be occur.
From the tvs motors or progressive tvs side no one is ready to listen and take any single action for my any complain.
