I am writing this mail for the 2nd Time.Firstly i would like to thank you for the immediate response of the complaint given last time.But sorry to say this my problem has repeated once again.I had given my bike to VS Service Centre complaining vobling issue with the bike on 15th April 2014.Manager Permal said that there is a problem with Front Tyre and Front Tyre needs to be Changed.As per their insistence i told them to Change new Tyre and for the same i paid Rs.1450.00 for new tyre.Invoice Num 857 dated 28.04.2014.
25.04.2014 on friday showroom people called me and said bike is ready for deliver. I took the bike for test drive but my problem dint solve so i dint take my bike deliver and left it in the show room.Again show room people said that they will change the Front Wheel and they will deliver the vehicle on Monday.As promised they delivered the vehicle on Monday. I took vehicle for the test drive. But still my Problem dint solve.When i said the same thing to them they said there is a manufacturing defect in TVS Sports vehicle.Problem cant be solved.When i complained the same to Manager Permal he talked very Rudly stating that"you are not getting done bike service in our show room y we need to serve u he said".Since Baglur show room is very near to us we are getting service in Baglur Show room.When i called from my mobile he is disconnecting my call and when re receives he is telling me"Complaint to whomever u want i am least bothered"he said.I am having Extended Warranty for 5years.This time i am fed up of rude behaviour of your service people.So i dont have any other option other than going to consumer court r else my bike needs to be replaced.Buying bike from TVS and getting scoldings from you all
the time is not acceptable.The day 1st when i bought this bike till now i am facing this problem.I am unable to ride the bike.
