This is regarding the problems i am facing on my Wego which i purchased on january 2013 from Auto point, Surat.
after the purchase for it was good until its clutch got jammed, so i got it replaced but the same problem occured after few weeks again it was replaced and for the third time the clutch was jammed, having no option i got it replaced again.
The clutch nuisance was over and a new problem arised, the kick used to get stuck even after complaining about it on each and every service till date i am having the problem,
A few days back wego stopped completely, no self start no kick start.
I called the service center but the said they had no man power to pick it up, so i had to get it to the servce center by getting it loaded on a tempo,
I even talked to your manager of auto point and he told me that, "If we keep serving customers even after 1 year of purchase then how will our company run."
Now this was really unexpected and rude.
It was in service for 3 days and the serviceman told that its wire and oil need to be replaced, got it done,
After one day wego stopped again harldy i drove it 10-15 kms,
again i called the sevice center and the same answer no man power to pick the vehicle,
i called your customer care and they told me that in 24 hrs i will get a call back from the company,
But as usual no response from your company.
please i expect my problem to be solved by the earliest.
