Tvs Motors Kottayam Kerala — Complaint regarding not taking action of Accident vehicle

Sir, Am sending this complaint regarding my new 2015 model scorpio(KL-35-F-.it met an accident on 2015september.it had been taken to TVS motors mahindra service center in kottayam kerala.I had cleared all insurance papers ready.They havnt taken the vehicle till this date.The vehicle's glass had broken and water goes inside, the interiors are fully damaged.Vehicle is parked in an open area .In heavy rainfull the waters fully goes inside.Am facing a huge financial lose due to the irresponsible .They send me massage that the vehicle will be ready on 30septembe2015.Bt till this day they havent taken it for work.My new vehicle in a worst condition now.I will waiten i will wait for your reply for 2 more days, then i will move legally against ur company and the service center.
