TVS — Tvs apache rtr 160 chain bracket worn out

I had purchased a brand new tvs apache rtr 160 on jan 2016 in krs motors, mallumichampatti, coimbatore. Within a three months period of time the vehicle maks lots of noise in chain bracket while it runs after service of 500kms. I checked with the company service centre about the issue, they said that 'the chain had lossen that why the noice on vehicle'. After rectification also i had faced the same issue, this time i had checked with private two wheeler service centre they had noticed that the chain bracket becomes worn out because of chain has run out. The same issue was taken to the company service (I.E, krs motors) they said that the run will be on all the new vehicles that tvs has selling. But with my enquiring to known service centre they insist me that the chain run out should not happen quickly within short duration and below 24000 kms to any vehicle. So, i request the tvs team to ensure that the lime time of chain bracket which was provided on tvs apache rtr 160 models. This is just an unfair that the product delivered by the tvs company is that of very less quality.
