[Resolved] Panasonic India, Plasma TV 42c10 — REPAIR NOT DONE THOUGH UNDER WARRANTY | |||
I lodged a acomplaint on 11/05/2013 for repairing my Plasma TV(42C101), calling Panasonic Customer Care and my service request no. was Pl-ASC[protected]. The mechanic came and asked me to show invoice and warranty card. I had lost the invoice but I showed him the warranty card and also gave him a copy of the same.But they did not repair my TV, on the plea that I could not show the invoice. MY REPEATED APPROACH TO THE CALLING CENTRE YIELDED NO RESULT, THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY. Please do the needful so that I may get justice and compell the company to repair my product and/or compensatordingly.
