Samsung 6000 Series — Total panel failure

Hello, i feel cheated.

In 2010 I purchased UE46B6000, a year late the first issue was thin black horizontal lines across the panel one year . Diagnosis of technic service: Defective Panel, they replaced the panel and motherboard PCB MAIN. Back to work and a year and few moths the same thing happens again plus red and green vertical lines. It imposble to watch TV and also happens in all video sources.

I am outraged, a TV that was not the worst, in which I invested many hours in the purchase decision, which I read and read reviews, I was excited, it took me a year of savings, which was also managed with care (used an average of 3 hours a day, maybe less) and is now junk.

Samsung ignores even the emails I respond, just give me the solution upgrade firmware, which I did, so with feelings of helplessness i maked a video.

I think Samsung is not telling the truth about the actual lifetime of their panels.
