I had placed an order for michelin pilot sporty tubeless tyres (90 90 17) on 9- feb-2016 in tyreonwheels.com.

Going by the website, the typical order delivery time shown while ordering was 7-10 days. But the order was placed on 9- feb-2016 and till now it has not been serviced and they merchant did not process for refund as well.

No responses to emails to customer service and reaching the customer care line...

I ordered 2 bridgestone radial tyres from this company, Tyres on wheels operating out of Delhi on April 11. I made full payment using my credit card. The contact mobile no: of the person running the dealer is one Mr. Rajat. ([protected]). I ordered tyres set of 4 (14243 inr) on[protected]. They company head called and informed about the non-availability of my required brand of tyres. He offered a different brand instead. I did not want to change the brand, hence requested to cancel the order and refund the money. He had agreed for that over phone on november 6 2015. Until from then no call or money refunded.
