Hello People, I am one of the recently affected individual who suffered delivered woos from tyreonwheels.com. I paid entire amount and the tyres I ordered neither delivered nor they cancelling the request. They are not even bothered to reply to e-mails nor I see many complaints from tyreonwheels.com for others too. I am raising the police complaint on this fraud company and request whosoever suffered to raise a complaint too with all facts at your respective police station. Hi I have also ordered 4 tyres from tyreonwheels.com and the tyres has not been delivered to me yet. No status updates from the company. They keep on postponing the dates and upon further enquiring they told its coming via. Professional couriers and upon asking docket no. they told of server problem and cut the phone. Thereafter their customer care is not working. I have been calling them continuously but customer care is not working since 24th Jul 2015. Now I am going to file a complaint with the police station against Puneet Malhotra and Rajat Malhotra, as these are the directors of this company. Order#TOW13149Aug331977 and made full payment for 4 tyres on 8/Aug/2015, but till now no response. I have contacted several times their customer support numbers, but every time I call - getting response that within 2 days it will get delivered. Let me know how to resolve this issue.

I also paid for buying 2 tyres from them on 20th Nov 2015. after that i have tried to contact there customer care and they are telling will deliver by next week, next week. Tilll now not yet delivered. Now they are not attending our call.

Has anybody got a result after complaining at the police against tyreonwheels.com? I am also a victim. I too ordered 4 tyres worth 17500 on October 18, 2015. I am fedup with calling them and mailing them. they promise much, but don't keep their word. Why are they keeping such a customer care, if they are frauds. How about moving to a consumer court?

please don't work with tyreonwheels.com he is a beg fraud company. he is not paid Rs.33000 money of purchese tyre. and when i asked for refund money he is not giving response. customer care is big fraud no any executive working there handling complaint call he is a not company ye sirf froud krne k liye betha huaa hai jab apko tyre purchase kroge apko delivered hi nhi hoga agar huaa v to old tyre he is beg cheater i have purchase set of 4 tyres and i paid Rs. 33000 for this but i received old tyres maine 50+ time call kiya hoga ek v baar response nhi dya jab mai address find kr k uska office gaya to waha koi office nhi hai room me 4 log beth website handle krte hai and when i asked for money he said not refund money you can do whatever you want so please don't buy tyre with tyreonwheels.com he is big fraud company in NCR.
