Hi, This fraud and scam company TyreOnWheels.com is not delivering the tyre I ordered one month ago. Order Number TOW12616Jul393203 There is no tracking information on their website. Its difficult to call them, but when the call connects they only make excuses. They are not even ready to cancel the order. This appears to be a scam. Because of this I am not able to go on my weekend planned trips outside the city and has cause me financial loss and mental trauma as well. Advice to prospective buyers: NEVER EVER BUY TYRES form TyreOnWheels.com, dont believe their false promises. You will suffer like I am suffering. Was this information helpful? | |||

This company is a big fraud. I ordered 4 apollo tyre on 2 january 2016 with full payment of Rs 10450/- . It has been 6 days and there is no response from there side inspite of number of mails and call. There whatsapp customer support doesn't respond at all. Now I don't want to buy tyres from this site, I just want my money back.

I also have a similar experience with Tyreonwheels. I purchased four Michelin tyres from them vide order no.TOW13059 Aug 959274 dated 4th August and paid through my credit card. Till now ie today, I have not received the delivery of my tyres even after calling them twice over the last 25 days. I must have made till date at least 100(one hundred) calls to them. The calls get picked up by one Babu, Vinod but the answer is always the same ie the tyres will be delivered over the next couple of days but delivery never happens. In my view, this is a fraud company and all its employees are trained in giving excuses and postponing the deliveries and do not give us ie the customers clear picture of what is happening to the order. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND BEWARE OF THEM.
