Uber Cabs — Money not refunded

I have taken a cab from delhi to noida and paid it through my credit card, the same amount has been deducted from my paytm account as well which is 556 rs. I have contacted them through mail as they don't have any customer care number, they asked for screenshot of amount de ducted from both accounts. when I have provided those details they never replied back now its been over a month I send them enquiry mail everyday but they don't reply. Please help for these kind of fraud issue, it not about the money, these people should learn to do clean business not looting money from there customers. thanks, Anurag Singh [protected]
