Uber India — Payment issue - charged x3 - 520 bucks

Hi this is chakravarthi. I offently use Uber for daily basis. On May 23rd 2016… I book the Uber in Uber app. It is not a peak time, Actually I have seen Fare Estimate it's around 140-170. So I book a uber cab and reached my destination it's around 15km from starting point. But for 15 km they have shown for 40km of travel distance and I wondered and my friends with me so I can't argue with the driver and I have paid the cash and wrote a mail to Uber support. Finally they agreed it's due to GPS issue it's offently happens. So we are charging only 147 of actual price and remaining amount would be as your Uber credits. I just asked that my money should be in my Account and in your Uber account and please transfer my money to my paytm account which is linked with Uber account. But they are saying you have paid the amount as cash. So we can't transfer and please use as a uber credits. It's illegal thing. Because the problem with them, whatever it is the problem whether it is a GPS or something else. It's not my issue and I have asked to return my payment. No one responds for that.
