I have booked cab with the Free First Ride offer and it wasn't getting availed on my first trip. When I booked the cab the fare was 1.6X higher and I thought I would get 150Rs. off on my total bill but I was shocked to see that I was asked to pay full amount of 220Rs. I Sent email to customer care but they won't reply. It has been more than 12 hours and I didn't get any reply. I saw that the promotion code was still available in my promotion tab and hence I booked another cab and still wasn't available. I assume that Uber came to a conclusion that Indians aren't capable of getting good customer service and they can fool Indian customers easily. Inspite of sending emails again and again there is no reply. So Indians please be sure to avoid Uber service else you will be betrayed. No Support, No service, You have to pay what driver asks you to. So the Drive is Uber to you.
I demand Rs. 1000 credit for the issue I have gone through but Uber wouldn't bother since we are Indians and we can't do anything about it.
