UBI Besus Branch — Non receipt of sms alert

My s/b a/c with UBI BESUS Branch is[protected]. SMS alert against this a/c was very prompt earlier. But for the last six months I have not been receiving any SMS alert for reasons not quite clear. Repeated reminders to the concerned branch have been ineffective. I am a senior citizen and this is my pension a/c. Please do the needful.
