Uco Bank — Incorrect payment of interest on maturity/Renewal amount of term deposit on maturity | |||
I have Term Deposits with UCO Bank, Sangamwadi Branch, Pune. Detailed calculations of some of Term Deposits, showing correct renewed amounts/interest have been submitted to the Bank as well as Customer Services of Bank wherein I have mentioned thet interest/renewed amount after TDS as mentioned by bank are incorrect.More than 3 months have passed and there is no reply inspite of repeated reminders/phone call.Branch Manager is convinced of my calculations, but he is not in a position to help as he has to mention what is shown on their computer.
