Uco Bank — Not getting refund

Hello sir,
i have complaint regarding atm card in bank. but still it's going on actually i have swapped my atm card in mall at 13th October with 1300 rs. but receiver haven't received and same time i got message for deduction.
i have called to customer care but they always kept me on hold.i am also not able to called in CC. also i have already complaint submitted
so please sir kindly refund my money which have deducted.
