Uco Bank — Regarding atm problem

Hallo sir /mam
I am Alka, an Account holder in your bank, Meham branch (Rohtak) Haryana. .I tried to withdraw 2000 rs from my account through ATM on[protected]. But I didn't get any cash but I got a withdrawal message from bank on my registered Number.I tried complaining many times I sent email also on banks website but no response . Please do something sir. My parents complaint in the branch office but the branch manager was not on his seat .Bank employees are not responding to them please do something regarding my problem.
