i am vinoth, MCA 2014 passed out.i have attended the walkin interview in ugam solutions pvt ltd on 21 st june 2014 at coimbatore, and that is a 2 day process, after finished the all rounds of interview they text me, you got selected, come and collect your offer letter on 27th june, but 26th june afternoon they text me, your date of joining is postponed to 21st july, we will inform you to collect offer letter at later, since that i called weekly once to know when should i want to come for collect the offer letter, but HR ASWINI SRIDHAR told me to wait, we will tell you later. it contineous till i called them before today.. today(30 july 2014), i called them and ask about offer letter, then their replay is shocking to me, we drop out project, sorry we are not recriut you. thats all their replay.. i dont know what they thinking about the fresher?? why should they wasted my time about nearly 40 days..i am very frustrated about this HR and UGAM solutions.i never recommend this company to others.why didnt they tell me earlier about my rejection!!
