Subject: - unauthorised construction being carried out by the owner of tc 5/2 new moti nagar, new delhi-110015
Respected sir,

This to bring your kind attention that the owner of tc 5/2 new moti nagar, new delhi-110015 is doing unauthorised construction and building the additional floor on the same building.

As per our knowledge one should have necessary approvals for construction of additional floors, lift (Elevator) and parking space.
Again, the said property which is major risk to our lives living in adjacent building. Only mcd will be responsible for any mishappening that might occur in the future.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials of the mcd to take necessary action as soon as possible against the person who is doing construction without seeking any approval from authorised officials.
