Unboxed.in — Fake perfume & fraudulent company

Absolutely fake advertising and marketing on their website. Please don't dare to even try a chance. You will be duped and left in the dark with no support from their one man run company. Better off buying from a reputed brick and mortar store or any genuine website.

First Off all the issue with Buyer has been Resolved.

The First Order replacements were provided with Fresh Stock at Additional Cost.

Second Order, The Product provided was Company sealed and Brand New Production batch.. Thats how Fragrance smells like, If you dont like it that doesnt makes it a Fake. Assured Buyer to compare at store and report if diffrence found.

since then haven, t heard back, so assuming both Orders Closed.

This company has a unique way of cheating customers. They price a perfume so low that you are interested to buy it. Then they say that the pricing is wrong and mistake and hold back the money for some time. This has started happening regularly.

So far I have bought Acqua di Gio, L'Eau de Issey, 212, Polo Blue, Invictus, Voyage and had a great experience with all these also these were my first time fragrances. As am a fragrance freak I didn't find any issue with any fragrance. Sometimes many people stumble over a wrong frag because of a blind buy and than they are unsatisfied. There are many frags out there which are lacking in longativity and silliage but that doesn't mean that they are fake. First do some research according to your taste that what kind of frag you are looking for on Fragrantica.com and also a channel on YouTube called Jeremy Fragrances, you will get a lot of help by these two for selecting a frag. So that was my experience in fragrance world and I will keep buy from Unboxed.in ;)

I had ordered perfumes vide order number #[protected] on 12th jan 2020 a. I was told that the expected time of arrival is 10 days. The given number of days expired for the first order and the second order is nearly completing 10 days. Honestly, i don’t believe it takes 10 days to just ship a perfume.

When i contacted the online agents, i was told that my orders are yet to be despatched. The reason given was rain in dubai (Which in fact is incorrect as per dubai's weather report). There is something fishy going on definitely.

Unfortunately, i have been left hanging when i asked for a refund.

I have bought perfumes from established online vendors and they have
I) given me a tentative date of arrival
Ii) delivered within the date
Iii) they have cash on delivery option and
Iv) they have a definite links to initiate refund and an established refund policy too.

Unfortunately, unboxed.in is definitely lacking in all the above criteria.
. I request the concerned people from unboxed.in to look into this and resolve or initiate refund immediately.
