Uniconnect Sim — The most inconvenient service

Using
the local sim card that I bought from Uniconnect. After the third day of
using that sim, it stopped working saying registration failed. I had to call
their customer support centre in India to help resolve this. While in the
process of dealing with them, trying to explain the inconvenience that I was
facing using their services, the woman on the call outright said that the sim
must have crossed its validity days and so now I will have to share my credit
card details with them so that she can recharge it and it work. When I told
her that Raunak, the guy who sold me the sim card said it’s a fresh sim and
still valid to 120 days she said he must have misinformed me as the sim had
already expired and then before any warning she disconnected. I had no other
option but to stop using their poor services and tell everyone about the
same. Uniconnect is the most inconvenient service that I have ever used so
far.
