I have opted for franchise with unidus company in hyderabad by the franchise india website. Before taking the franchise the unidus people have said that there will not be any business development are marketing issues in hyderabad office off course franchise the meaning is the same that any one can know. But Unidus people shared me the leads for one month and after that they are doing the business development i.e. to bring the clients for there company with the manager. For the same if asked for them they replied that it is for hyderabad branch only. With this we can understand that we can run our business with the manager and what is the need of franchise. And also the profiles which were submitted for month leads has no feedback for us. It means internal fraud is going on in Unidus. For the same reason as I want to sign out the franchise the Managing Director of the company has not answered any of my calls from 45 days to till now I have tried to reach daily to MD of the company but he is not interested to talk to me as i am demanding for settlement as it is only a process of three months only. I have spent 7lakhs for three months of franchise and they are not interested to talk to me from 45days as i am demanding to settle at least 30% of franchise fee of Rs.2, 50, 000/- Simply we can say it as they are developing there business by common people money. Mr. Reddy you too got frauded by the franchise scheme of this Unidus Services Manpower Pvt. Ltd., I myself got cheated by them for 6 plus lacs. Rupees.
Their MD Ajit Singh, uses illegal documents to trap common people like us who are interested in making our own business setup. His main intention is to grab money from our pocket, once he gets that then he forgets us, he never gives us money in return.
Better we together join hands and take action against this fraud company.

A caution to everyone, never ever respond to any franchise offer from Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd. These people are real thieves they are only eyeing over other people's pocket. They will put a colorful picture of their business in front of you and assure you breakeven in 6 months and lots of profits over investment.
Then after gaining your interest they will make you sign on their fraud MOU document making you invest a huge amount as franchise fee keeping it non refundable. Once you sign and give them your money they will forget you and bring you to panic.
These are monsters. They should be put to prison.
Their MD Ajit Singh and Gita Singh are big thieves and need to be arrested.

All out there - whoever is reading the comments posted by Bipin Mohite, We have till now opened 20+ Franchisees & all are running successfully except the one taken up by Bipin Mohite.

You first learn business and then come to find a franchise. Mr. Vyas says that business needs 100% involvement then why he convinced us for his business. The deal was between Me and Mr. Vyas, he knows it very well that I stay in Japan have small kids and can't give my 100% and I clearly mentioned it each time we met. To this Mr. Vyas said YOUR 100% INVOLVEMENT IS NOT NECESSARY and this was said in front of Mr. Ajit Singh who approved it. I don't know why he's denying with the fact. My husband Bipin Mohite, wants to take a legal action because it was his hard earned money; but we are unable to do so because we are not in India.

I know about this site from Mr.Sanjit Prasad, Franchisee Manager o[censored]nidus. I have taken franchisee o[censored]nidus Services from last 4.5 to 5 years back and I am doing great with Unidus Services.
Unidus provides lots of support to franchisees which I am getting from last 4-5 years and I am earning good with the team of 6 recruiters.
I am fully surprised to know about this complain because Unidus is always ready for support in terms of operation, coordination, Payment and any thing related with the business.

After too many R&D I decided to get into Recruitment Business & I took up Unidus Services Franchisee in Feb 2016 in Mumbai, Before signing the Contract with Unidus - I spoke to few of their existing Franchisee partners on their experience with Unidus, on the kind of support they received from Unidus & when I was convinced - I signed the MOU.
Unexpectedly I came across this post - I was shocked.
1 post by some Dileep Reddy who has mentioned that his complain is resolved & too many post by some Bipin Mohite stating Unidus as a Fraud. I also went through the comments added by Rahul JN Vyas from Unidus for Bipin Mohite.
Today I spoke to Rahul JN Vyas at Unidus, also Ajit Kumar Singh the Managing Director o[censored]nidus on this post & realized the fact that both Dileep Reddy & Bipin Mohite were unable to run their respective Franchisee due to lack of involvement & they started playing the blaming games to some how take refund of their Franchisee Fees.
Today I also visited 1 of their Franchisee located in Navi Mumbai owned by some Swapneel from past 2 years, The office was Big with 7-8 Recruiters & Swapneel conveyed that he made around 30-35lacs as Net Profit in last couple of years.
Now I am Glad that I am with the Right People - Thanks Unidus & Thanks to the MD Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh for extending this opportunity to have their Franchisee.
