"Unifying Logics India Pvt Ltd " is a No.1 fraud software company I had ever worked in Coimbatore, Managing by 3 culprits Vinoth(CEO), SenthilKumar, and Prakash. They never wants to give salary to the employees.Vinoth(CEO) cheated me around 40, 000 rs to me, and above for other employees too. More number of employees like me lost money and life in this company. There is no proper salary, no proper increment, no proper management . I had waited for over 6 months for salary and got frustrated and releaved.After relieved from that fraud company, If we call for our balance payment they wont regret to attend . If he attends we can see his real face, They will treat us like a . My humble request is please don't join in this company or refer previous employees before joining to any company..No job is better than join in this company. Don't lost your life in this company. Unifying Logics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 24, 2014 Unifying Logics Customer Care's response Ganesh Kumar please provide the work that you have completed previously with Unifying Logics. You can provide the details of application or website that is live to look into. On basis of your last 2 months activity in the company, you have not given salary for those months.
You have cheated the company by working outside to other companies, which we have complete proof which can be provided.
We will contact your current employer regarding the details provided as previous experience along with the complaint you have filed here.
If you have proof of salary balance, then you can approach legally where you will find easiest way to collect your salary instead of complaining here.
If you have knowledge using consumercomplaint, that doesn't mean you can ruin the past employer names. This is not the way of claiming your salary.

@Unifying Logics : Don't try to act like a smart by diverting that I had outsourced to others. If you had solid evidence why don't you throw me out of our company.? After a continuous wait of more than 6+ months without salary, I had releaved from your office with proper notice.

@Prakash - HR & @Vinod - CEO They are frauds who have not paid the salary for more than 6 months whatever Mr. Ganeshkumar said is right. All fresher's and experience person's who are looking for job please avoid this fraud company almost 15 peoples who worked in unifying logics pvt ltd still they have not paid the salary.
Sorry I forgot to mention about another fraud person mr. SENTHIL running http://www.themaesto.in who will get work from unifying employees without paying single amount. He is one of the partner with Mr. Vinod .
First pay salary at right time and get the work. If you are not able to pay means don't run the company.
Further if I seen any wrong comment post by unifyinglogics then we will post the proof of your stupid skype conversation whenever we asked for the salary at that time.
