Uniglo Structures Ltd — Harassment and Threatening By The Employer (UNIGLO STRUCTURES LTD)

My name is Nirman Pandit I had been working with a real estate company named ( Uniglo Structures ltd ) Uniglo Structures Ltd. A-34, 2nd Floor, Ring Road, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 from 14, Jan 2014 as a General Manager (sales). The project of this company is located in Bhiwadi at Rajasthan. Current project name is Glory meadows. I sold out this project from January to June with some of good real estate brokers in Gurgaon. The company showed me the Chain of Documents, were FAKE and incomplete. When I screened about these all, I found some kind of forgery . This company has sold the same project with other name previously as MARILAND MEDOWS, Later they started selling this project with a new name GLORY MEADOWS. They don’t have any selling right from Jaipur Development Authorities (Rajasthan). The company is selling this project with tentative layout plans and without company transfer registry. They also don’t have important NOC’s and approvals from the authorities. Without selling approvals the sale of any project by any builder is totally illegal according to the Supreme Court and real estate laws and policies . In the first look it seems the intention of company and management are clearly indicates that they are not going to complete and delivered their project. They almost sold out 80% of project, now they are planning to resale the project land without any refund to the customers. when I tried to confirm about all these things to the vice-president (sales), Mr.Arun Sheshan and Mr.Raman Malhotra Dtd.[protected], they threatened me to kill me and to destroy my carrier and to make myself handicapped in the office. He threatened me that they have very strong contacts with politicians and criminals. They warned me to not disclose this matter; otherwise I would have to pay for this in future. The all incident has captured by the CCTV cameras in office. After this so many times I tried to meet with one of the director of the company Mr. Prabhat Singh, he also refused and ignored the matter intentionally. Along with the company has forfeited my salary and other dues without any notice, which is against of agreement held between us at time of hiring. Without any notice they fired me. It is also an offence. Now I am feeling very helpless and harassed. My carrier is stacked and I am morally depressed and financially very helpless. after all I sent a mail and many massage to Mr Prabhat Singh regarding all these misbehaviour done by the seniors of the company, he also ignored me and did not reply. I know many other ex-employees with whom they treated the same. I sufficient records and prove against them. The reasons of the application are only justice and protect myself from the theatres from this company. I also would like to mention here if in future any kind of mishappening will be held with me, the three, Mr. Arun Sheshan, Mr.Raman Malhotra and Mr. Prabhat Singh will be responsible for that.
