[Resolved] Uninor — Automatically activated vas pack and not return balance | |||
Sir, I am Anand Kumar I have uninor no-[protected]. they automatically activated the movie subs and best scenes pack on my number and deduce my balance on 02/03/14 at approx 01 : 30 am. when i call 198 at 06 : 30 am to deactivate the pack the tell that this time system not working call later, after that i call many times for that but the not responding. Today i called for same problem from another uninor no-[protected] they telling same problem system not working when i tell i'm going to complain in https://www.consumercomplaints.in the c care representative abused me and tell that go and complain. please sir resolve my problem. contact-[protected].
