[Resolved] Uninor — Careless response, lack of service & denial to upgrade | |||
Dear Sir, I used paytm.com to recharge my Uninor UP West no; : [protected], but by keyboard error, it was transferred to [protected]. Amount was : 500 Rs. I called [protected] & they agreed that they got recharge by mistake. They then agreed that they have no problem, if the recharge be take back by company. I called Uninor Customer care : 121 & talked with them 3 times i.e 3 customer care exec. They then clearly denied to upgrade to provide any service of mobile to mobile balance transfer. N they put my number on Block list then... Also I called 198, there 1 guy : Manoj chauhan, talked very rude, as if he was drunk & said that his decision was the last one to not give me any refunds or transfer. N denied my call to senior / tech support staff. N said : "ja k case kar lo kuch ni hone wala".. What kind of professionalism is this ? N how TRAI is authorizing such companies ?
