Uninor — duplicate sim activation

Ser, my mobile stolen in 8/5/15 then after f.i.r. with adhar card i take new sim in rupees 120 but without reason Uninor care nagar palika deoria take repeat procedure then secend time i gave all related dacument but after 12 days my sim no[protected] not activate .my lost mo no is [protected] please help me .kamlawati devi.
