Uninor — Lost of my All u2u and u2o seconds due to lack(poor signal) of net work

Respected sir, I lost my U2U and U2O seconds which was protecting from two years by regular recharge (ph.no:[protected]) by in time, on 25/06/2015 due to lack of service in AP Visakhapatnam i could'nt recharge in time so please consider my request and give me back sec. which i lost. Ph.[protected] The above complaint sent to appellate-authority.[protected]@uninor.in, i lost 18 lakhs + u2u and 2 lakhs + u2o seconds, it was not satisfactory the way of respond by service Prvider, so please accept my complaint and help me Thanking you sir,
