[Resolved] Uninor — Scheme auto activated with-out my knowledge and money transferred into special balance | |||
My Mobile no. [protected] and my main balance Rs. 81.60 at dated 18th Oct. 2014. But at dated 19th Oct. 2014 in the early morning call *222*2# for know my main balance, msg. shown Rs.58.80 (Talk time Balance) and Rs.22.80 (Special Balance). Grand Total Rs.58.80+ Rs.22.80= Rs.81.60(Main Balance). This special balance benefit for 1 days. But no any scheme activated by me and this scheme auto activated by Uninor. This special balance Rs.22.80 is already as a part of my main balance and Uninor cheat to me. When I call to customer care o[censored]ninor, there executive said... this scheme activated and use or not use to scheme is your decision . Telephonic recording with it's executive voice call for my truth and cheat for Uninor. Was this information helpful? | |||
