[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — 3rd time balance deduction without any reason | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, My mobile number is [protected]. This is third time Uninor have deducted handsome amount of money from my balance. When i called to customer care they told me that I have made an international Call around 11am. Since I haven't made any call internationally I am Stumped . and neither do I have anyone abroad. yesterday i recharged my account with Rs.110 and today they have deducted Rs.100 from my main account on false allegation that i have made international call. Earlier also similar amount of money have been deducted twice with the false allegation of international call. Since I don't have anyone abroad, This is really frustrating situation.
