[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Balance deducted without information-bad customer support service | |||||
Hi Telenor Complaints Team, This is Shankernath, from Hyderabad, Telenor num-[protected] Im using my number from last 4years... The service telenor not satisfied in terms of customer care service.. Because of irresponsibility in providing the information to customer.. my balance got deducted for VAS services.. i have not subscribed for any VAS service..automatically my balance got deducted..from last two days..to day 10/- got deducted..for renewal..of VAS service.. and i have called to Cusctomercare 198, but the call was dropped by customer care executive and 155223 number is dropped after saying startup note... so please help me out from this bad service.. Please check last call transactions to customer care..I was on the hold about to 15-20 min..is this correct process to give customer service.. please ensure and let me know the status..Hope i wll get response from you.. Verified Support Feb 16, 2016 Uninor / Telenor Customer Care's response Hi Shanker, as per our system check, VAS service (HotWorldMonthly) was renewed on your number on 11th Feb 2016, hence we won't be able to refund the amount now. However it has been deactivated and you won't be charged any further. Hope this helps you, please let us know, if you have any other query. Thanks.
