[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Reimbursement of the money deducted without my intervention | |||
I have purchased Telenor sim in the month of December'2015 & I have recharged with full talk time two times. But today evening I have got SMS from Telenor that my number has been activated for " Mobile Gupshup" pack & Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance even though I didn't opt for any service. I didn't understand how the service provider activated the service & deducted money without my intervention. So you request you to take immediate action regarding the above matter & refund me the deducted amount ASAP. I hope for the positive result. Was this information helpful? | |||
