Dear sir We would like to inform you that i am customer of telenor mobile no is [protected] . We have received one call from [protected] and told to us that giving the one offer tetenor to telenor 1000 minuts telenor to others 700 minuts free for 28 days without any deduction from our main balance, many time confirming by executive for this offer during the call one message received from 54334 for confirmation by us so we confirmed by sms for that offer as per discussed with that executive but after send the sms by us we have chcked the balance which deducted 197 rs from our main balance . This type of call very fake call from that number we request you to please take the corrective action with that executive and reverse our deducted rs 197 balance to us.
