Uninor / Telenor — Wrong recharge refund request

I did wrong reacharge by mistake nd also i can not take its benifit during the duration period. Kindly either give suggestion that how i will get my money back or how i will use that secs from my phone.
If we are not giving any lost to uninor that how can uninor should give me unjustice.
If is non usablevodafon also can give favour and waver to all than how i will not???

Just tell me how i will use my balance or some another way???
