Unique Identification Authority of India — Non receipt of aadhar card by post

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan

Urn 0000/00113/72337 dated 25/03/2013-13:21:05 hrs and card no.[protected] has yet not been recieved by me by post till date.The card was under correction of residential address at your office.

Kindly look into the delay and what are the factors leading to it.
