I have order a sunglasses but i received other than what i ordered. Then i put a request for package return then they send me a mail in which they mentioned that we will pay your money back in your account so please send your account details on the mentioned address. I return it back to them and after 3 days bluedart (Shipping agency) said that there is no one in the mentioned address. Then i again messaged them then they send the new address with wrong pincode and again package was delayed then after 10 days they received the package. When i was asking for the my money back then they said please check the policy we put those money in your wallet. When i first time logged in to their site there is no such wallet policy is there. I again n again contacted them on whatsapp then they said you can order the product on whatsapp also. So atlast i ordered other product but still i didn't receive it. I ordered it on 7th june and today is 16 july. They still saying we are tracking your order and send you the details.
