Unisyn Enterprises — Tata sky installation | |||
Hi, A representative by the name of rashmi ([protected]) from appco (Unisyn) had visited our premises on 10th april 2016. I applied for a new hd connection (Application number 144718) and gave him a cheque for rs 2160/-, which got realized. Though the form mentions that the installation will be done within 7 working days, its been 15 working days. I tried reaching the tata sky customer service but they don't seem to have any information regarding my application and asked me to connect with unisyn enterprises. I even try to called the unisyn office helpline no but not able to get thru. I am totally helpless here. Please help get my hard earned money back.
