[Resolved]  Unitech Fixed Deposit — Non refundable of maturity of FD amount

i have deposited Rs..2.0 L in June 2013 which matured on 13th June 2014. i have been following with FD section since then. first they said will be paid by August 2014, second call Sept 2014 and now they say December 2014. i have taken up the matter to Sri. P.K. Malhotra, Secretary, Company Law Board, but they also not re4sponded with any action. i do not know to whom i have to speak. hariprasad
