Unitech Group — Harmony Tower in Gurgaon

We signed contract with unitech on about 2006 to buy flat in harmony tower #4 and flat#602 in gurgaon. We paid full amount by bank wiring in 2006, from usa, and unitech promised to deliver the unit or flat in year 2009. We never ever heard anything from their side. Please help us or guide us what to do.
