Unitech Limited — Default in payment of two fixed deposits money on maturity | |||
Myself, Manju singh, R/o House No. 14, Ashok Nagar, Allahabad (U.P.) had made two investments in Unitech Ltd., both in the form of Fixed Deposits with interest rate of 11.50% for 12 months. The FDR, date and amount of Fixed Deposits was Rs. 100, 000 invested on 25/07/2013 (FDR No. 1232033) and Rs. 60, 000 invested on 21/072013 (FDR No. 1231890). The maturity dates of both were, 25/07/2014 and 21/07/2014 respectively. I have not received payment till date. I have made repeated queries, even sent a legal notice but to no avail.
