[Resolved]  Unitech Limited — Unitech FD Principal amount not received

Hi I have made an FD of Rs 312000 with Unitech Ltd for 6 Months which was matured on 1st Feb 2014. My FDR no is 1232625. But its been 11 months now I haven’t received my Principal amount. I am chasing Unitech on phone and email regularly from past6 months and every time when I called them they told me that due to Liquidity issue they are not able to dispatched the payment. I have also visited their FD division office which is in 2ndFloor Plot no 136 Phase 1 Udyog ViharGurgaon - 122016 Haryana and they told me that they will dispatch maturity amount before Nov 2014 month end, but when I called their office they told me again that due to liquidity issue, payments will be dispatched in Feb 15. I have no trust in Unitech and they are just fooling investors. Please help me in getting my money back as I need it urgently.
