Letter send by bank branch for address verification after opening a SB a/c to Shyamnagar Branch on Dec 2013. Unfotunately at that time we were not there, so post man refund the letter with the reason 'not found'. After that I personally meet with bank manager for opening the a/c and allow me a printed pass book with the witness of my introducer, who is my close door neighbour. But bank is reject my request. Therefore I request you to please give me a printer pass book, which is urgent for DBTL. I don't know whether I am able to make you understand or not.
